My R1200R instrument screen is malfunctioning

I don't know what's the problem with my R1200R. It's been good to me for 12 years but now I don't know what's happening. There's literally nothing on my instrument screen blank it's pitch black. So I don't know the speed, I don't know anything, not even the signal lights. I've tried checking the fuses already, the wiring harness is also snug it's not loose, so what's possibly wrong with this??

Aside from the fuses and wirings, there could also be a problem with the connectivity to the ECU (Engine control unit) and thats a major issue if you ask me. I suggest you take it to the dealer.

It could also be the cluster itself or the display pannel that went bad

@goodeleanor that's not good at all. no instrumentation means you have no idea what's going on. but, since fuses and the main harness look okay, it really points to either the instrument cluster itself failing or a deeper electrical issue preventing power or data from reaching it.

Agree with this. Could be the ECU acting up. You need to bring this to the mechanic immediately. Have you done that already though? @goodeleanor it's been more than a month so I hope you're safe.
