Experiencing problems with my secondhand 2009 R1200RT

Any advice for this situation? My 2009 R1200RT dashboard indicator lights (usual startup) go on whenever I turn the key. But every time I press the starter, the engine does not turn over! What I do for a band-aid solution is to turn the ignition on/off/on. When I already make the bike run, I don't experience any complications while driving which is lucky for me because I go to the ramp and one wrong move will cause the accident of many (so hope to God not). I figured this fixes the problem only for the short term though. This eventually became the only way I can start up. I want to ask what the best thing to do in this situation? Do I just sit through it and is this a universal issue among 2009 R1200RTs? Do note it's not a battery problem because I had it replaced last Summer. It hasn't even been half a year. So... is it actually a battery problem? What can I do?

sound like an electrical problem and id go with a relay or solenoid because youre getting power and the dash turns on so its something after the ignition switch. youre gonna have a lot of digging to find the culprit
