Interested in checking out the small mods you've made to your bikes recently. I'm planning to replace the seat and get a luggage so I'm here for ideas!

Swapping the seat can make a world of difference for long rides. I upgraded to a gel based seat and added a tail bag for storage. It's like turning a cramped commute into a first class ticket. Look into soft panniers or a tank bag for versatility without the bulk. 👌

So for mine what I did was change the seat for a Corbin and it's just giving me so much comfort! And I also added Tusk aluminum luggage rack, it fits my topbox like a glove. For my GPS nav, I just put a RAM mount. Then the mirrors are CRG bar-end now. Very sleek. All in all, having so much fun with my R1200. Better yet custom yours too so you'll get a better feel of things.

I'm thinking just a few easy mods like
LED Lighting Upgrades, changing Bar End Mirrors, more minimalist Tail Tidy/Fender Eliminator, and changing turn signal with a cooler design

I got bar risers and an aftermarket windscreen on my 2011 R1200R. :) Super nice to have although they're very easy to install. Of course got a phone mount now too. And before I forget, might be worth adding a heated grip overwrap!
