Does anyone here know how to take the heater connector off a heated seat? I'm trying to take it off but have no luck. The manual only says to disconnect the plug without any detail lol. I don't want to cause damage if I just yank it forcefully just like that. Help guys!

i used to ride a BMW RT and had a similar problem.. try looking for a tab, lever or any sliding mechanism near the cable entry. it could be helpful to remove any grime and dirt before you start tinkering.. sometimes it's these things that get some mechanisms stuck / not working

cheers 🍻

its a tab 100% but its tight to unplug so take it easy unless you want to rewure a new conector

to find it, you need to look for a dedicated connector, trace the wiring from the seat. lift the rider's seat and look for a wire harness coming from the seat pan. This harness will lead to the connector that plugs into the bike's wiring. it might be near other electrical components
