my buddy's 07 r1200r needed a new headlight so i swapped in a solid can-bus friendly LED. popped open the housing and found the harness wires were rock hard like plastic. seen this before so not shocked. couldn't find a replacement harness on the e-Fich, so i'll check with a couple dealers next...
